Man arrested for conducting illegal circumcisions
A 25-year-old man has been arrested by East London police after he illegally circumcised two underaged boys in East London’s Fort Grey township, reports Bongani Fuzile.
The police – together with traditional leaders – apprehended the man who was found sleeping in his house this morning.
Maxhosandile Gqitani, a traditional council administrator said that the arrest should set an example to other would-be illegal surgeons.
“We want to make sure that this stops before it spirals out of control. The arrested one will lead us to others,” said Gqitani.
Five underage boys, some as young as 13, were found in the area by police.

Well the dude was probably hungry and thirsty and those boys would have done it themselves i know of boys who circumsised themselves so the guy did them a favour because they could have done it themselves and ended up wit no cock to plug the wine bottle
